Your family's
second brain.
Throw it in — bills, school forms, screenshots, voicemails, that PDF you forgot to read. We file what comes in, connect the dots, and tell you what needs you next.
Built for the parent who's tired of holding it all in their head — especially if your brain runs hot.

Two sides, one home
Day-to-day life on one side.
Ongoing stuff on the other.
One workspace, two rooms. Same family, same login — but a birthday invite doesn't need to look like a contractor dispute, and you shouldn't have to file them the same way.
Week-to-week life
School newsletters, sports schedules, birthday invites, family events, kid memories. Light, calendar-forward, kept where the family can glance at it.
- Calendar-first weekly view
- A page per kid with their stuff
- Recurring tasks and reminders
- Subscribe in Apple or Google Calendar
Things that take more than a day
A medical episode. A house repair gone sideways. A school IEP. A tax thing. Threads are for anything you'll need to come back to, with all the evidence in one place.
- Timeline of every email, photo, call
- Source-cited — click through to the original
- Export a Bundle for anyone who needs it
- Invite a lawyer, doctor, or grandparent as a viewer

Initial complaint filed
Yes, Hearthwise can hold a legal dispute — with timeline, evidence, and an exportable bundle a lawyer would actually use. But that's one of many things it does, not the whole point.
What it feels like
A real Saturday with Hearthwise.
Four moments, in the order they tend to happen. Capture, file, glance, share — with you doing as little of the boring part as possible.
- Step 01
Throw it in
Photo of the field trip slip your kid handed you at the door. Voice note about the dentist appointment you almost forgot. The PDF your insurance just sent. Doesn't matter what — it lands in the Inbox.
- Step 02
We file it
Hearthwise reads what you tossed in, figures out what it's for, and suggests a home for it. School newsletter? Three deadlines extracted as tasks. Bill? Filed under household, due date added.
- Step 03
Glance, don't spelunk
Saturday morning. Open Today. The five things that need you are right there: soccer at 6, RSVP overdue, reimbursement still owed. Each one resolved in 30 seconds, not 30 minutes of hunting.
- Step 04
Hand it off when you need to
Sometimes you need to send a doctor the whole story, or a lawyer the whole story, or yourself the whole story six months later. Export a Bundle and the full thread — timeline, evidence, summary — lands as a clean PDF.
What we don't mess with
Trust isn't a marketing word.
It's the architecture.
Hearthwise holds the stuff your family actually cares about — so a few decisions sit underneath everything else. We don't train on your data, we don't sell it, and we make sure you can always walk away with it intact.
Source-cited, always
Every fact traces back to its original artifact — the email, the photo, the PDF. Tap anything to see exactly where it came from.
Yours to take out
One button gives you a PDF, a ZIP, and JSON. If we disappear tomorrow, you keep everything — and it still makes sense.
AI suggests, you approve
Nothing meaningful happens silently. Filing, task suggestions, summaries — all proposed, never auto-applied. You stay in charge.
Soft delete only
Nothing is destroyed without explicit confirmation. Audit log on every meaningful action. 30-day undelete on the paid plan.
Built for households
Roles that fit how families actually work.
Three roles. Per-thread visibility. Mark a thread private and even another adult won't see it. Invite a lawyer as a viewer on one thread and they see only that thread — not the rest of your life.
Owner
Full access. Manages billing, invites, and family-wide settings. Usually one parent.
Adult
Read and write. Can file things, complete tasks, edit threads. Can't delete or invite.
Viewer
Read only. Perfect for a grandparent helping out, a co-parent on shared things, or a lawyer who needs to see one thread.
Forward, file, forget
Email it in. Subscribe to the calendar. Done.
Your family doesn't have to change behavior. Hearthwise meets you where stuff already happens — your inbox, your calendar app, your phone's share sheet.
Your private inbox
Each family gets a private email address. Forward bills, school newsletters, ticket confirmations — anything. We read it, file it, pull out deadlines as tasks, and surface what needs you next.
you+watson@in.hearthwise.xyzForward once. Reply-all by accident? It still ends up here.
One calendar feed
Tasks, events, and reminders flow into Apple Calendar, Google Calendar, Outlook — anywhere that takes ICS. One feed per family. Revoke and rotate any time.

Why this exists
I built this because my brain stopped fitting it all.
I have ADHD. I have kids in school. I co-parent. I have a house that breaks. I have insurance forms, medical follow-ups, school forms with deadlines buried in paragraph four, a contractor dispute that won't quit, and a brain that holds maybe three of those at a time before something slips.
I tried Notion, Drive, Apple Notes. They're fine until they're not. None of them thought across all of it. None of them said hey, that thing you forwarded at 11pm has a deadline tomorrow.
So I built one that does. It captures whatever you throw at it — voice notes, photos, forwarded emails, screenshots, PDFs. It files them. It connects them. It tells you what needs you next. And when you need to hand a folder to a doctor or a lawyer or future-you, it's already a folder.
If you've been holding too much in your head for too long, you'll feel at home here.

Common questions
Things people ask first.
Who can see my data?
Only people you invite. Hearthwise uses role-based access (Owner / Adult / Viewer) and per-thread visibility, so you can keep a thread private even from other adults in your family. Data is encrypted in transit and at rest. We never share or sell.
Is this just for ADHD parents?
No — it's just designed with that in mind. Anyone juggling family life-admin will get value out of it. ADHD just makes the pain especially loud, so we shape the product around that user first and the rest tends to follow.
What AI does Hearthwise use?
OpenAI's nano-tier model (gpt-5.4-nano) for inbox triage, summarization, and bundle drafting. Your data is not used to train models. We may swap providers as the technology evolves and will tell you when we do.
Can I use this for a legal dispute?
Yes — it's one of the things it's especially good at. Threads keep a full timeline with source-cited evidence, and Bundle export gives you a clean PDF + ZIP + JSON your lawyer can actually use. But that's one feature, not the whole product.
How do I get my data out?
One-click export to PDF, ZIP, and JSON — anytime, on any plan. The PDF is human-readable, the JSON is machine-readable, the ZIP includes your original files. Designed so it works without us.
What if you go out of business?
Your last export keeps working. We commit to a 30-day notice and a final export window if we ever shut down. The export format is open and documented.
Do you support iOS and Android?
Hearthwise is a web app today and works on phone browsers — save it to your home screen for the closest thing to a native feel. Real native apps are on the roadmap.
